Teen / Senior Special

In only a couple of months another group of young tween & teens will be moving into high school, or going to college. This is a big change in their and the parents life, so I am offering a mini special on May 11th and 24/25th. I will spend an hour with the tween/teen, around the house, maybe a park close by or urban location. He/she can do up to 3 looks. It will be a mix of color and B&W and all the rest will be as usual, gallery for print oreders ect... this will be offered for $125. Here are two images from a maternity shoot I did this weekend for a lovely woman who is due her first baby in june.

As some of you already know, I am expecting the birth of my second child around Aug. 20th. We at the Molony-Pellettieri household are very excited, and Taron is looking forward to a sibling. I'm sure I will be adding photo's to the blog as I grow.
Due to this, I will not be taking bookings for most of Aug. or Sept. but I will be back in action in plenty of time for the holiday photos and card designs. If you are due your baby early in Aug. or later in Sept. do give me a call, we may be able to work it out. Event work will not be possible during these two months. If you have a gift certificate please think about these dates, so you do get to use it at a good time for you pre or post Aug./Sept.

Welcome Sarah, the new addition to a family I first worked with two years ago. Her older sister Rachel was one of my first newborns after I moved to Oak park, so it was fun to go back to their home and see the family again, and meet the cute new member.

Montessori and Spring Special

I spent two half hour sessions at Keystone Montessori School in River Forest photographing in one of the classes, here are just a couple of the images, I will be adding the full project to my documentary section next month.

ART from ART

Ice sculptures in downtown Chicago give inspiration to these pieces of art.

What a great show, see the artists at work creating these wonderful colors, then cutting the ice slabs into shape for the sculpture. Sunday had a large group of people show up to watch the artists working.
