Art and architecture in the classroom

Bright and early Monday morning I visited a 3rd grade class at Lincoln school during art when they had a visiting architect in to help them on a project. It is part of an Oak Park Education Foundation program. Here are some of the children busy designing Onion Domes.



It's always fun to watch how children interpret and create.

The Oak Park Women's Guild is back in action after their summer break and I was there last week to photograph some of their newer members for their directory
